Every Super Bowl branding begins with a tagline, this one “The sun rises over Houston” drawing your attention to the theme - warmth of the sunshine, the weather of Houston, TX, and the competitive nature of the event.
Color palette
The Color Palette is drawn from the natural colors of Houston, TX and the radiance of sunshine inathe sky.
Patterns / textures
The patterns and textures were derived from heat, sweat, and intensity of game.
lines
The lines also inspired by the sun; focusing on movement, and sharpness that speaks to the sport and masculinity.
Photography Treatment - Players
For photography - in relationship to players, the focus it on light, or light and shadows. The radiance of the sun. The aesthetic is dramatic and heroic.

The approach to capturing the city, is vastness of the sky, the height of the buildings, bringing attention to the grandness of the city, the event and the moment.
iconic Logo Design
It is a grand honor to try your hand at designing the next Super Bowl logo. The challenge of this logo the change from roman numerals X to LI (50) and how that would reflect over the next 10+ years.
